About us
ServiStat answers a simple question: “Is it just me, or is the service down for everyone?”
What we do
ServiStat collects reports from people who are having problems with a website, an app, a phone provider or an online service. When many reports arrive at the same time, there may be a widespread outage.
We do not query the companies' servers and we have no agreements with them. We show the combined view of users in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
Why it helps
When a service fails, we usually check the router, the app or the network first. Knowing within seconds that many other people have the same problem saves time and frustration.
The outage history also shows whether problems are one-offs or keep coming back.
How we choose services
Every listing is reviewed editorially. We check that the service exists, that it is widely used and that its name and category are correct.
We publish gradually, giving priority to the most used services. Other listings stay under review until they have been checked.
If a service is missing, you can suggest it. Requests from users help us set priorities.
Independence
ServiStat is independent. The brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
The companies we monitor do not pay us to change, hide or highlight information.
