Privacy policy

What data we collect, why and for how long.

General principle

ServiStat does not need to know who you are. There is no sign-up, we do not ask for an email address and we do not build user profiles.

Data in a report

We store the date and time, the company and the type of problem selected.

The IP address is not stored in plain text, only as an irreversible HMAC-SHA256 code, to prevent repeated identical reports.

A shortened browser fingerprint helps us detect automated access.

Strictly necessary cookies

A session cookie protects forms with a CSRF token. A random browser identifier prevents repeated reports from the same device. It contains no personal data and is not shared.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Comments

When you post a comment, the name you choose and the text become public. Do not post personal data.

Retention

Individual reports are deleted after 90 days. Only aggregate counts, which contain no personal data, are kept.

Your rights

Because we do not store identifying data, we cannot link a report to a specific person. You can send any question about published content to feedback@servistat.it.
